BBC divulga os 102 melhores Filmes do século 21

No começo deste mês, publicamos uma lista com as 51 melhores do mundo séries, disponíveis na Netflix, de acordo com o site IMBD. Agora chegou a vez de outra listinha, mas só com as melhores produções para a telona!

O site da BBC levantou a opinião de 177 críticos de cinema de todo o mundo, chegando nos 102 melhores filmes do século 21.

A ideia surgiu com o objetivo de mostrar aos que sempre repetem  frase “não se faz mais filme como antigamente” que entre tantas explosões, super-heróis e “carros que viram robôs”, há, sim, um cinema de qualidade sendo produzido, mesmo num momento difícil para a indústria, devido ao surgimento das novas plataformas audiovisuais.

A lista, que contou com filmes lançados apenas a partir do ano 2000 (mesmo sendo em 2001 a entrada “oficial” do novo século) foi encabeçada pela obra de David Lynch “Cidade dos Sonhos“, o Brasil ganhou a 38º posição com “Cidade de Deus“.
